Summary

Jesus said in Mark 2, "the Sabbath was made to benefit people, and not people to benefit the Sabbath". We spend precious time debating whether or not the Sabbath is a particular day of the week. Rather, we should observe a Sabbath day of rest and reflection of what God has done.
